He was born in Toluca, State of Mexico, (Mexico), in 1960.
CAREER EDUCATION
. He has degree of Architecture, by the Faculty of Architecture and Fine Arts of the State of Mexico Autonomous University in 1985.
. Certificate of Research Proficiency and post-degree courses: Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), in the High Technical School of Architecture, Barcelona and the Royal Gaudi Chair. His Doctoral dissertation was read in the Royal Catalan Academy of Fine Arts of Saint George, Barcelona, Spain. September 1995.
TEACHING ACTIVITIES
. He has been professor of the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the State or Mexico Autonomous University since 1986. He has taught the following subjects: Architectural Projects, Architectural Theory, Monument Restoration, History of Architecture, and Seminary of the Degree Dissertations. He has also been professor of the Proficiency in Design and Master of Design in the aforesaid faculty.
He has been guest Professor, of Engineering Department in Technological Institute of High Studies of Monterrey, Toluca Campus, 1989.
. Collaborator and having a scholarship of the Royal Gaudi Chair, from Barcelona, Spain by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), from 1989 until 1995. He has taken part in architectural and restoration projects. He has also surveyed arranged in the preparation of lectures by foreign students. He has been guest Professor, in academic and research stays in the Royal Gaudi Chair, from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona, Spain, from 1995 till 2008.
. He became, by means of contest opposition, a Full Time Professor or Career and Researcher on Historical – Architectural Heritage Preservation, in the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the State of Mexico Autonomous University, since 1999.
. He is Teacher and Researcher of the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the State of Mexico Autonomous University, since 1995.
. He entered to the System of National Researches of the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) in 2000, Mexico, D.F.
. He entered the Program of improvement of professorship (PROMEP), in 2004, Board of Public Education Mexico, D.F.

. Curator of the Building Historical Heritage of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico since May 2006.
. He is member of the ICOMOS (International Council Sites and Monuments) UNESCO – Mexico, since 2008.
. He is member of the Editorial Staff of the State of Mexico Autonomous University, Toluca, Mexico, since September 2009.
. He was elected corresponding academician for Toluca (Mexico) of the Royal Catalan Academy of Fine Arts of Saint George the 26th of January 2010, being approved thus the proposal which had been once presented by ordinary academicians Francesc Fajula Pellicer, Leopoldo Gil Nebot, and Joan Vila Grau.
